Upper Body Strength Training

Have fun with this upper body workout. Feel free to use weights, cans, dish soap, or toilet paper (if you can find any). Make sure to warm up for 5 minutes before participating in our strength training classes. This could be marching in place for 5 minuted to warm up your legs or slowly walk around the house. Please remember your safety cautions with exercise, if you have any warning signs or symptoms including: dizziness, palpitations, unusual shortness of breath or angina, please stop exercise. Remember to drink water and breathe! Hope you enjoy 😊

Hey, this is a great! I just returned from walking and turned this on. I found my motivation to continue exercising increased quite a bit with this video waiting for me.
