Make sure to warm up for 5 minutes before participating in our strength training classes. This could be marching in place for 5 minuted to warm up your legs or slowly walk around the house. Please remember your safety cautions with exercise, if you have any warning signs or symptoms including: dizziness, palpitations, unusual shortness of breath or angina, please stop exercise.
