Enjoy this Upper Body workout! All you need is a band. Bands can be found online or at most stores if you don't already have them. Be aware that not all brands will use the same coloring system, so check the packaging for resistance levels. Make sure to warm up for 5 minutes before participating in our strength training classes. This could be marching in place for 5 minuted to warm up your legs or slowly walk around the house. Please remember your safety cautions with exercise, if you have any warning signs or symptoms including: dizziness, palpitations, unusual shortness of breath or angina, please stop exercise.
