Throw together bowls are a staple in my house hold. They are easy and you can't go wrong throwing things together if you follow these tips:
1 grain, at least 1 Legume and at least 2 different veggies and a healthy sauce to go on top (Bitchin' Sauce is a great go to, healthy, taste good sauce)
Experiment and have fun creating different types of bowls!
Peanut Sauce Recipe:
1/4 cup warm water
3 Tbs Liquid Aminos 1 Tbs Sriracha
1 Tbs Sesame Oil 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tbs Honey or Pure Maple Syrup 1 Tbs fresh minced Ginger
2 Tbs fresh Lime juice (1 lime) 1 Tbs fresh minced Garlic
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
*Nutrition Facts for ENTIRE Batch of Sauce: Sodium 1,050 mg, Added Sugar 14 grams (usually makes 4+ Servings)

Due to severe allergies (nuts, eggs), what can be substituted for peanut sauce and nuts in the Thai recipe?
It looks delicious, but my daughter must be extremely cautious.
