Throw Together Bowls

Updated: Nov 5, 2020

Throw together bowls are a staple in my house hold. They are easy and you can't go wrong throwing things together if you follow these tips:

1 grain, at least 1 Legume and at least 2 different veggies and a healthy sauce to go on top (Bitchin' Sauce is a great go to, healthy, taste good sauce)

Experiment and have fun creating different types of bowls!

Peanut Sauce Recipe:

1/4 cup warm water

3 Tbs Liquid Aminos 1 Tbs Sriracha

1 Tbs Sesame Oil 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter

1 Tbs Honey or Pure Maple Syrup 1 Tbs fresh minced Ginger

2 Tbs fresh Lime juice (1 lime) 1 Tbs fresh minced Garlic

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

*Nutrition Facts for ENTIRE Batch of Sauce: Sodium 1,050 mg, Added Sugar 14 grams (usually makes 4+ Servings)

-Everyday Seasoning can be found at Trader Joe's

Due to severe allergies (nuts, eggs), what can be substituted for peanut sauce and nuts in the Thai recipe?

It looks delicious, but my daughter must be extremely cautious.

Thanks for your videos.
