Ingredients
1.5 lb wild caught salmon
1 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 Tbs Liquid Aminos
2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
2 tsp/4 closed garlic, minced
1 Tbs Honey mustard
1 Tbs Apple sauce
2 pinches red pepper flakes(1 pinch for less heat)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combined all ingredients except the salmon in a small bowl and whisk together until well combined. Brush evenly onto salmon. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Center should be flakey and bright pink. Enjoy!
*I cut the fillet in half and baked, half in the oven and smoked the other half on the barbeque but you can of course back all of it.
*Found my wild caught salmon at Costco for 9.99 lb, definitely recommend buying a few fillets, freezes well.
Left over Salmon: Use to make fish tacos, throw on top of salad, use in a pasta dish, throw into an omelet. The ideas are endless and you wont be disappointed with this recipe.
