We Like you to stay in the light-somewhat (11-13) range. In this range, you're starting to work but you can still hold a conversation. A "talk test" can also be used to determine your RPE. If you are no longer able to carry a conversation, you are working too hard and need to decrease your intensity. On the reverse, if you could sing an opera song, you need to pick up the pace.
