Healthy Veggie Snack

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

1 pint cherry tomatoes halved

1/4 cup light cream cheese

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbs Dried Dill

Juice of 1 lemon


Directions:

  1. In a small bowl; combined cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dill and lemon. Mix well.

  2. Peel cucumber and slice into 1/2 inch disks.

  3. Place a dollop of the dip on each cucumber and top with a cherry tomato, enjoy!

*There may be some dip left over, refrigerate the left overs.
