Easy Poke Bowls

Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked brown rice

1 Tbs Sesame oil

1 Tbs fresh minced ginger

2 cloves fresh minced garlic


Toppings:

I pack Ahi Tuna from Trader Joe's or any fresh tuna you can find, sliced into strips

Edename

Shredded carrots

1 Bunch Cilantro diced

Cherry Tomatoes cut in half

Green Onion

Siracha

Directions: Cook brown rice according to package, then toss with sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Then top with topping as desired, finish with a drizzle of siracha and enjoy!

*Note: I usually don't measure ingredients out for this dish, throw together and taste and add more flavors if desired.
