You guys know me, I love incorporating all of your limbs into a workout. Feel free to use weights, cans, dish soap, or toilet paper (if you can find any). Make sure to warm up for 5 minutes before participating in our strength training classes. This could be marching in place for 5 minuted to warm up your legs or slowly walk around the house. Please remember your safety cautions with exercise, if you have any warning signs or symptoms including: dizziness, palpitations, unusual shortness of breath or angina, please stop exercise. Remember to drink water and breathe! Hope you enjoy 😊

This is great. After my 30 minute walk I place your video on my iPad and exercise along with you. I find it helpful to have that structure.
