Banana "nice" cream

Now that summer is coming, a frozen treat can be the perfect addition to a warm afternoon or evening. This frozen banana "nice" cream can satisfy that sweet tooth without all of the added sugars and excess ingredients found in normal store bought ice creams. Many frozen fruits can be blended to make a delicious treat, but I've found that bananas provide the creamiest texture when blended. Feel free to play around with mix-ins, flavors, and toppings. Here are some suggestions! You only need frozen bananas and a blender (or food processor). The best way to freeze your bananas is to slice it thinly, and space out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The serving size is 1 banana per serving. You may find that your blender or food processor performs better with 2-3 bananas at a time, or adding a small amount of liquid for blending. Don't be afraid to taste as you go to perfect your flavors!
