This brand is one of my favorite heart healthy sauces! If you make a meal and you feel like it needs more flavor when in doubt add some bitchin' sauce and you wont be disappointed! This vegan based sauce is heart healthy and low in sodium. You can find it at Chucks by the refrigerated hummus, Fredmeyer's in the healthy refrigerated section and recently has been released to sell at Target! Great on bowls, chicken, stir fries the list is endless. Enjoy 😊

These are two lower sodium option spices that are great in cooking! Containing only 160 mg of sodium per 1/2 tsp of seasoning. You can find these two spices at Trader Joe's and the everything but the bagel seasoning can also be found in the bulk at Winco. I love to sprinkle these on roasted veggies, bowls, ect. play around with these spices and see what you think!
